The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a winpkr18 player.
To participate in any real-money gaming activity at winpkr18, you must first complete the registration process and open a verified account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your legal full name, date of birth, contact details and Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

winpkr18 operates a strict 18+ policy. Age verification is a core part of our platform's obligations and is non-negotiable for all Players.
winpkr18 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits made to winpkr18 accounts.
winpkr18 currently accepts deposits via: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. winpkr18 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit at winpkr18 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though winpkr18 may apply additional verification requirements for large single deposits.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to a Player's winpkr18 balance immediately upon confirmation. IBFT bank transfers are credited upon receipt, which typically occurs within a few minutes to a few hours depending on the sending bank. winpkr18 does not charge deposit fees to Players.
winpkr18 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary friction. The following terms govern all withdrawals from winpkr18 accounts.
Standard withdrawals are processed within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP members receive priority processing with faster guaranteed times according to their tier. Bank IBFT transfers are submitted immediately but the receiving bank's internal processing time may add delay beyond winpkr18's control.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements for that specific bonus have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account. Only real-money deposits and winnings are withdrawable at any time without wagering conditions.
Standard accounts have a maximum single withdrawal of Rs 5,00,000. VIP Club members have higher withdrawal limits based on their tier. Diamond VIP members have no maximum single withdrawal limit. For withdrawals above standard limits, winpkr18 may request additional documentation.
winpkr18 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Players. Each bonus has individual terms that are stated at the time of offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses at winpkr18.
The winpkr18 welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit. The percentage match and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Player and per household. Claims using multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
winpkr18 monitors bonus activity to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; wagering the bonus exclusively on games or outcomes that artificially satisfy wagering requirements while extracting maximum value; collusion with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements. If bonus abuse is identified, winpkr18 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings and suspend the account.
Membership of the winpkr18 VIP Club is governed by these Terms and by the specific VIP programme rules published on the VIP Club page. In the event of any conflict, the VIP Club programme rules take precedence for VIP-specific matters.
winpkr18 provides a wide range of gaming products including virtual table games, live dealer games, sports betting and esports betting. The following terms apply across all game categories.
All virtual games at winpkr18 use a certified Random Number Generator to determine outcomes. The RNG has been independently audited and produces outcomes that are statistically random and not influenced by bet amount, Player history, account status or any other factor. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are based on independent audit results and reflect long-run theoretical returns.
Live dealer games at winpkr18 are conducted using physical equipment operated by real dealers in professional studio environments. Outcomes are determined by real-world physics. The live stream is encrypted and integrity-protected. winpkr18 does not control live dealer game streams in ways that could influence outcomes.
Betting on sporting and esports events is subject to separate sportsbook rules available on the relevant sections of winpkr18. Odds are set by winpkr18 and are final at the time of bet placement. winpkr18 reserves the right to void bets in the event of system errors, incorrect odds published due to technical fault, or if an event is cancelled or declared void by the organising body.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game at winpkr18, the Platform will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the error. winpkr18 will not be held liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control. Where game round data is recoverable, bets and outcomes will be honoured based on the recovered data.

winpkr18 staff may proactively contact Players whose account activity shows patterns associated with problem gambling. This outreach is made in good faith and players are always free to decline. winpkr18 will never use responsible gaming tools as a reason to withhold legitimate winnings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at winpkr18 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Any Player may request closure of their winpkr18 account at any time by contacting support@winpkr18.ws. Upon receiving a valid closure request, winpkr18 will process any outstanding real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within five business days. Bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.
winpkr18 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account activity presenting a regulatory compliance concern; or technical issues requiring account remediation.
In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, winpkr18 may withhold some or all of a Player's balance pending investigation. Where a Player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, winnings derived from those activities will be forfeited. Genuine deposits not associated with any fraudulent activity will be returned to the original deposit source where possible.
winpkr18 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. Whilst winpkr18 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable service, the following limitations apply:
winpkr18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winpkr18 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and the effective date of the new Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of winpkr18 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using winpkr18 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
winpkr18 will endeavour to provide at least seven days' notice before material changes to these Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately due to legal, regulatory or security obligations.
